An ex-prize fighter turned longshoreman struggles to stand up to his corrupt union bosses.

August 8th ” Black Panther” 8:15 PM

Marvel Studio’s 2018 action adventure film starring Chadwick Boseman in the title role.

 T’Challa (Black Panther) is crowned king of Wakanda following his father’s death, but his sovereignty is challenged by an adversary who plans to abandon the country’s isolationist policies and begin a global revolution.

 The film received praise from critics for its direction, screenplay, acting, production and costume design, and soundtrack.

Tonight’s presentation of “Drive By History” and “Raiders of the Lost Ark” has been postponed to August 1st due to rain in tonight’s forecast

We will generally postpone a screening by 5:00 PM if shows 50% or more chance of rain during the screening time in 07302.

Raiders of the Lost Ark

The spectacular 1981 cliff-hanger, non-stop action/adventure film was an immensely successful summer box-office hit. The film was conceived by producer George Lucas and directed by Steven Spielberg. Significantly, this was the first full collaboration between the two legendary American film-makers.

In 1936, archaeologist and adventurer Indiana Jones is hired by the U.S. government to find the Ark of the Covenant before Nazis can obtain its awesome powers.
